The Mijas International Golf Club comprises two courses, the 6.348 metre Los Lagos is the longest, and is managed by Mr. Mateo Perez Robles under the presidency of Mr. Alex J. Wilkinson.

Designed by Robert Trent Jones, it offers broad fairways, ingeniously designed lakes and large bunkers, which need careful attention. Trees however are mainly decorative. The course is flat, and well suited to average golfers.

Clubs, carts and buggies can be hired. The golf professional coach is Mr. Juan Jose Rueda.

The club offers bar and restaurant service.
