At some 14 kms. from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital city of the island, at more than 400 mts, above sea level, by a volcano crater and with breathtaking views, it is located this splendid golf course considered Spain's former golf course, as it was opened in 1891.

In 1957 it was moved to its actual location being designed by Mackenzie Ross.
