REAL CLUB DE CAMPO
(ROYAL COUNTRY CLUB)

Founded in 1925 and inaugurated by the Spanish King in the same year, it is the oldest course in the Costa del Sol., it was designed by Tom Simpson, it is managed by Mr. Juan Carlos Garcìa and its Chairman is Mr. Fermìn Encuentra.

The golf course is part links with natural lagoons formed by sea water and part parkland where the holes form avenues between stand of well established trees, running alongside the beach. Although the course is flat with wide fairways, the trees make things more difficult. Hole 12th is a good example of lurking danger with its stand of trees to the right which requires a perfect drive to reach the green in two.

The clubs offers buggies, carts and clubs for rent, the advising of its professional Francisco Navarro, and the chance to enjoy the bar and restaurant as well as the tennis courts and swimming pools of the Parador
